Enterprise* Licenses

With enterprise user licenses, you are entitled to install either the 32-bit or 64-bit versions of EZ Notes Search.  So if you are migrating to Windows® 7 (64-bit) from Windows® XP, you can provide your XP users with EZ Notes Search-32 and once they receive Windows® 7 you can install EZ Notes Search-64.  With the MSI installation file provided you can distribute the software easily. Can be customized to utilize an existing single-sign-on (SSO) solution.
Pricing includes unlimited users within your company and requires payment for the first year of software maintenance**. The cost to continue software maintenance is 20% of the enterprise license price per year.

*Enterprise license eligibility requires that all Lotus Notes users within your enterprise have an EZ Notes Search license.
**Software Maintenance includes ticket submission, second level phone support, high priority bug fixes, and free version upgrades.

The EZ Notes Connector for Windows® Search works in conjunction with the Windows® Search facility (included with Windows® 7 and added to XP with the installation of Windows Search 4.0) to index your IBM Lotus Notes content, so it can be searched at the same time as all the other content on your computer's hard drive. Messages and their attachments are indexed separately and returned as separate search results.This software is supported on Microsoft Windows® 7 (32 or 64-bit) and Windows® XP SP3. The user installing the software must be an administrator on the machine. Any version of Lotus Notes 6.5 to 8.5.2 will work with this software.

The connector will automatically index any local mail files or mail archives found in your Lotus Notes data directory or any subdirectory. Users can select additional database applications (for example discussion databases, document libraries, etc.) to add to the search index.

Prerequisites

This software is supported on Microsoft Windows® 7 (32 or 64-bit) and Windows® XP SP3. The user installing the software must be an administrator on the machine. Any version of Lotus Notes 6.5 to 8.5.2 will work with this software.  In order to preview Microsoft Office attachments, you must have Microsoft Office installed.
